These terms govern the use of the SPARKLLEX platform, owned by SPARKLLEX LLC.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using SPARKLLEX you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Description of service

SPARKLLEX is a technology platform that connects customers, drivers and businesses for logistics, delivery, laundry, marketplace and financial services.

3. User account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.

4. User responsibilities

  • Customers: use the service according to the law and treat drivers and businesses with respect.
  • Drivers: provide the service safely and professionally, complying with applicable regulation.
  • Businesses: ensure the accuracy of their offer and compliance with applicable rules.

5. Acceptable use

  • No fraudulent, abusive or illegal use.
  • No sending of products prohibited by law.
  • Violations may lead to suspension or termination of the account.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by certified providers such as Stripe and Unit. Prices, fees and rules are shown in the app or in specific commercial agreements.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations may incur fees depending on the order status. Specific rules are shown at the time of cancellation.

8. Liability

SPARKLLEX LLC acts as a technology intermediary between the parties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the platform.

9. Intellectual property

The SPARKLLEX brand, software, content and designs are owned by the company or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will be posted and material changes will be notified.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without prejudice to consumer protection rules in each jurisdiction.
