Delete your account

You can permanently delete your SPARKLLEX account and personal data at any time.

Delete your customer account

  1. 1Open the SPARKLLEX app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. 3Tap Delete Account and confirm your request.

Delete your driver account

  1. 1Open the SPARKLLEX Driver app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. 3Tap Delete Account and confirm your request.

What happens after you request deletion

Your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is deleted from our active systems within 30 days, except for information we are required to keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Can't access the app?

If you can't sign in, contact us and we'll verify your identity and process the deletion request.
