- Participating drivers and businesses — only what is needed to complete the service.
- Technology providers (Apple, Google, Stripe, Unit and others) under data processing agreements.

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal, tax or contractual obligations.
7. Minors
SPARKLLEX is not directed at children below the minimum age allowed by applicable regulation. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without authorization.
