How do I place an order?+

Open the app, choose a service (delivery, laundry or marketplace), select items, confirm the address and pay.

How do I cancel an order?+

Go to My orders, open the active order and tap Cancel. Fees may apply once a business or driver has accepted.

Which payment methods can I use?+

Credit and debit cards, SPARKLLEX Pay wallet, and local methods depending on the country.

How do I track my order?+

From My orders you can see the live status and the driver on the map.

Drivers

How do I sign up as a driver?+

Fill out the form in the Drivers section, upload your documents and wait for verification — we'll email you when you're approved.

How do I get paid?+

Payouts go to your SPARKLLEX Pay account or your linked bank account on the schedule shown in the app.

Can I choose my own hours?+

Yes. You decide when to go online and offline.

Businesses

How do I sell on SPARKLLEX?+

Register in the Business section, verify your business, upload your menu and start taking orders.

How do I manage orders?+

The business dashboard lets you accept, prepare and hand off orders, and view sales reports.

What does it cost?+

Commercial terms are set in your contract — contact us for a quote based on your category.
